I'll be magnanimous and give three stars, averaging the quality of the color by Jacklyn, a 4, and the overall customer service, a 2 (I am being very generous). After having had my head washed with cold water, saying that of all the sinks (which were free at that moment) the one that I was brought to was not functioning well, the shampoo lady informs me that blowout is not included and I get served with a hair dryer and a brush. Well, I said, please include the blowout, I'll pay for it. No, said the young lady who did my shampoo, but I can ask. I am then left alone getting cold with wet hair for full five minutes. Walked by one hot day and the gentleman at the bar let my daughter and I in to cool off and have a refreshment. We were so impressed that we made reservations for dinner the next day. It was a lovely evening, our food was amazing and service was very nice.
