Kasha has been an excellent teacher, adjusting the poses to perfect my technique and achieve better stretching. He adapted the class to my needs. Really excellent, I would return with her.Very nice. The beautiful place and excellent location to continue the day.

I did the floating tank experience and it was quite weird but good. I expected a more cutting edge sort of feeling but it’s rather a hippier thing. Decently clean, staff quite nice and friendly if a little stony. The price is right and the bang for the bucks it’s there, I’m not sure it’s something I would do again or often, but totally worth to try.

I highly recommend this beautiful wellness & yoga studio. The staff are extremely welcoming, everything from yoga, meditation classes to various treatments they offer exceeded my expectations.
