I love Lynette!!! She’s really approachable, accommodating, and smart to talked to! She taught me a lot of stuff most especially skin care and hydrafacial. It was 10/10!!! She’s very generous and kind enough to gave me a sample for laser underarms which was painless and superb!!! It was such an exceptional experience. I had a good experience at Skin Loft. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and the service was very good. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn't like that a $49 gratuity was added and presented as optional at the end. I prefer to decide for myself how much I want to tip based on my experience rather than being asked or prompted for a specific amount. Also , it said it would be 45 mins She was done by 11:30.
Other than that, the service and overall experience was good.
Great place. Miriam is wonderful and I love it here. Getting to be my best with SKIN LOFT!!! Emsculpt Neo has been a major health gain in my life. I was in a bad accident and have had lower back issues and well as not being able to exercise because of a shoulder fracture. With the expertise of Miriam - the Emsculpt helps me keep my core firm and relieves my back pain TREMENDOUSLY. It’s so calm and relaxing at Skin Loft. This will always be my go to place for self care.
