I have been using Five Star Cleaners for the last 6 + years since moving to the Dyckman Street area. I have found the business itself to be very efficient and communicative. They have prompt pick-up and delivery, are well-organized and answer the phone. I have never had a lost item, or any damage and I use them for both my laundry and dry cleaning.

The owner, Ms. Vicky almost always answers the phone and is very pleasant and professional. When she is not able to answer the phone, one of her staff does and they are equally pleasant and professional. She is also good for small fabric repairs and minor mending.
