Fall Stop...MOVE STRONG™ is an evidence-based fall prevention program that offers live and online classes, workshops, and training programs to reduce healthcare costs and the risk of falls in the 60+ population.     I am so grateful for the Fall Stop Move Strong exercise program which I attend regularly and keeps me strong balanced and walking confidently. Celeste is a motivator who recognizes each person’s individual physical needs while engaging the whole class in the exercises

    Excellent exercise program for seniors to strengthen balance and prevent falls. I go to the JCC on West 76th Street, but there are other locations. Founded and taught by Celeste Carlucci, a former dancer and wonderful teacher and person.

    After a series of 6 or 7 nasty falls that included breaking a shoulder in one and an ankle in another, my doctor recommended the Fall Stop Move Strong program to me. She said that everybody she recommended it to loved it (and as it turned out I did too!). In the very first class, I learned to walk with a more stable and balanced gait. Amazingly, I haven’t had a single fall in the 3 years since I started taking these exercise classes. I highly recommend this program for fall prevention as well as cardio workouts and strength building!
