I recently visited Ever/Body UWS and faced unbearable conditions with the HVAC system deliberately turned off for months, confirmed by concierge Rahz.
The reason? Noise complaints from the property owner’s apartment! 🤨—completely unacceptable given the daily challenges staff face.
This Memorial Day weekend, the lack of air conditioning was not only uncomfortable but extremely unsafe. The heat was oppressive, making it difficult to breathe at check-in. Most estheticians couldn’t perform critical appointments due to labor violations, particularly risking the health of two pregnant staff members.

I had an appointment for a hydra-facial with Natalia. After explaining my skin concerns, we realized that a hydra-facial wasn't the best fit for my current needs. Natalia was incredibly resourceful and understanding, and she recommended another place where I could receive the appropriate treatments for my skin. I truly appreciate her expertise and time. If you're looking for a skincare professional, I highly recommend Natalia.
I generally recommend this business (morpheus 8, emsculpt neo) but my photo facial was a zero. Maria the NP was great (professional, knowledgeable, experienced), and she let me know that sometimes several sessions are needed. I’m not willing to pay to find out. I went in for a couple of broken blood vessels on the side of my nose. I wish I had specified that I just wanted that small area because they charge less for that - It’s on me that I didn’t clarify.
