I’ve actually visited 3 locations in the past 3 weeks. At the UWS location, Amira, helped me. She had USED all of the products I was interested in and gave me honest, practical advice. My subsequent experience w/said products has been: 1) as she predicted; and 2) very satisfying. Just last week I ventured over to the east side to find a popular and frequently out-of-stock, pot of finishing cream. At 75th, a visiting stylist made a call to 68th. When I arrived at 68th, I was warmly received and was in and out in a flash. Knowledgeable, complete, and friendly service at Blue Mercury is really appreciated! Many thanks!

If you have questions about makeup .... go see Dee at Bluemercury on Amsterdam and 76th! Dee is amazingly knowledgeable about every product in the store ... and she has a way of making you feel like you are her favorite client! I have been working with Dee for the last 6 years. I trust her without question! Plus ... all of the staff are truly friendly and very professional. Lastly ... I can't forget to mention that my dog, Olive, will not let me walk by without going in to visit Dee and getting a treat! Thank you Dee!!
