I scheduled a custom facial for my mother, and Zori was wonderful and incredibly accommodating from the start. My mother called me as soon as she left to tell me how much she enjoyed the experience and how kind and knowledgeable Zori was. She took the time to educate my mother about her skin and recommended products and treatments without ever being pushy or salesy, which is so refreshing these days. The experience felt genuinely personalized and caring. I highly recommend Zori to anyone looking for expert skincare in a warm and welcoming environment.
