I needed alterations done on a dress for a formal event and the dress came back absolutely perfect. You could tell there was serious attention to detail on making sure the skirt was proportionate to the bodice that was taken in. Thank you!
A dry cleaner that's willing to work with you without starting every answer with 'No'. Problem solvers, not problem creators. And hard workers. Best of all, you are greeted with SMILES! No surliness here. I haven't used alterations services, but I'll report back when I do!
This is a well-run, clean, reliable place. Tried going here after some bad experiences at other places, and I was pleasantly surprised. They totally cleaned a shirt that a different cleaner had ruined, and all the wash & fold was neat & tidy -- no lint, no hair, no lost items. They also stay open the full time posted on the door, so you don't show up at the last minute and find them closed. They are not the cheapest place I've tried, but I guess you get what you pay for. So far, very satisfied.
(The only improvement I would suggest is that every cleaners should have a price list posted in plain sight, and this one doesn't.)
Overall, a very good experience.
