Tony has been cutting my hair for ~10 years, even though I no longer live or work nearby anymore. I'll go to him until he retires. He's very good at what he does and very easy to deal with. A real craftsman and a cool guy. Class act. Worth every penny. My hair is really wavy and grows in a bunch of different directions and historically was a huge pain in the a** that I was self-conscious about, but Tony helped me figure it all out. He really takes care of clients: over the years, he's moved things around to help me out last-minute, found time to give me a quick touch-up before an interview - stuff like that. I love going to Saori at Emilio Antonio - she has cut my hair for years now. The owner, Tony, is warm and friendly and the salon has a great vibe. If anyone is wondering about getting a haircut during the age of coronavirus now that NYC is opening up again, I can tell you that the salon is totally prepared and disinfected. They took out one of the chairs and there are only a maximum of 2 stylists and 2 customers at a time. Everyone wears a mask and everything is wiped down with disinfectant after every customer. I pass by the place on Thursday with a friend. It isn't busy at all since it's rainy day around 11ish. The owner is extremely polite and friendly. I can't help to buy a hair product from them
