I’ve been going to Sam and Mr. Boris for the last few years. They always get your haircut perfect. Would recommend them for anyone that wants a great haircut and a great conversation!
I’ve been going to Sam and Boris for a while now, and they always do an awesome job. They’re both super friendly, easy to talk to, and they really pay attention to what you want. My haircut always comes out looking great, and I never leave disappointed. If you’re looking for a barber on the Upper East Side, I definitely recommend Sam and Boris.
