Thank you Gabby for making me a member at Equinox!I joined Equinox 2016 in a Printing house but I left due to changing my home address.I walked in 63st location and I met Gabby, she showed me around, very professional and friendly!Truly perfect person for sales, who knows how to follow up with her clients and bring the business to the company!She introduced me to her manager who was extremely nice!They really motivated me to be a member there!I love the classes, everything is very well maintained, clean and the service is extremely nice!Thank you and I will highly recommend to my friends and family!ThanksAna
I slipped and fell on a wet floor leading into the men's locker room. A worker had been cleaning the floor, which was slippery from water and soap. He was around the corner and not visible from where I slipped. When he saw that I fell, he merely pointed to the "Wet Floor" sign (which also was not visible from where I was walking), turned away and continued cleaning. He showed no concern and did not ask whether I was ok. (Other members have posted complaints about how nasty the locker room attendants in this club are). Definitely one of my favorite Equinox locations! Check in staff are always friendly. Exercise equipment is great but the stair-masters location on the floor is a little tight. I can always get a good steam session in the women’s locker room and the cold shower plunge inside makes it all worth it! I head downstairs for a nice back and forth in the jacuzzi and cold plunge and I am golden! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
