Nataliya was amazing from the start. I submitted a quote request online, and even though it was late in the evening, she responded to my request that same evening, and I was able to schedule a deep clean of the apartment with her right away. She's professional, efficient, and friendly and the deep clean is definitely worth getting - spotless. Definitely recommend!
Recently moved out of our Hell's Kitchen / Time Square (1 bed 1.5 bath) condo that we had lived in for four years and we wanted to make sure it looked like the home we moved into. Did some research and came across Nataliya's business ELcleaning. Unlike others, she was incredibly prompt and professional in her response. She worked seamlessly with our building to get the appropriate COI and communicated with us several times to confirm our cleaning and assure our timing worked for us as we were in the middle of a complicated move.
