Blanca’s minority owned and family operated business has no reason to ever be categorized as your average cleaners.She’s altered every single pant and suit of mine, as well as most of my coats (as I’ve lost weight over time( since I found her back in 2014 when I worked in the area and I have ZERO PLANS OF GOING ELSEWHERE, even though I live in East Bronx.I travel to her specifically for her and her sons, Alex & Chris (who run the front desk), STELLAR customer service, exceptional pricing, quick turnaround and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I couldn't recommend Blanca's tailoring service more! I've had several items tailored here and they've come out perfect each time. The staff are very responsive, kind, and helpful. The value is amazing as well. Thank you!
I cannot recommend Blanca's services enough. She's my trusted go-to on all alternations I could possibly need for ANY occasion but especially important ones. I've attached several photos of her work. For context, I was a groomswoman in my best friends wedding and I needed some pretty major alternations and adjustments to the dress. I was worried to have anyone work on the neckline but I knew that if anyone could do it, it would be Blanca. The alterations were absolutely perfect. I recently got married and purchased this expensive white pantsuit outfit for the rehearsal dinner. It was a total mess when it arrived - the arms were too big/loose and needed to be taken in, the waist needed to be taken in and the most complex issue was the butt / crotch area. The train was stitched into the butt line and the crotch wasn't... comfortable if you know what I mean ladies. Discomfort aside, it umm... was stitched weird in the crotch and essentially had flaps... LOL! Not great but I knew Blanca could fix it and I could trust her with such an important expensive outfit. The results are the attached and I have never received so many compliments! It was sheer perfection all thanks to Blanca. She's the only person I use in the city. She's also a really sweet and kind person. She's like, project runway good. I'll leave it at that. Thank you Blanca!!!
