At Drybar Brookfield Place, clients can expect a premier blowout experience with professional quality products and tools. The stylists, including Genar and Bri, are highly skilled and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Whether it's a dry style, wig install, or silk press, the team is committed to delivering amazing results. Unfortunately, this location has gone down hill. This used to be my go-to Drybar, as it's right nearby my office. However, the last several times I have gone, there are always issues. Almost always, a stylist has called out or is late, so they are running behind or having to cancel appointments. Any time I pre-order an add-on, it's never honored, although I am still charged for it. Several times their systems have been down or malfunctioning. The blowouts are still fine, and the convenience of the location can't be beat, but I hope they bring it back up to the old standards soon.
I was in town for a wedding reception when the crazy rain and record flooding happened. I had washed my hair before traveling so I did not bring a hair dryer or any products to style my hair, which needed major help. I opted for a dry style, which I never had before. Genar (hope I’m spelling his name right!) did an amazing job resurrecting my hair! He smoothed it, got rid of the frizzing, curled it and made it look like I got a blowout! I was shocked at how great it looked!
