I wanted to try this salon because I had walked by this place multiple times. I didn’t have a pleasant experience the first time around but after I shared the experience the general manager of the salon reached out and was very considerate. She offered to redo my blowout experience complimentary and the second time around the stylist was experienced and I had a great time!
