I have been wearing Cutler and Gross glasses for years now. Recently, I had lens replacement surgery and I no longer needed prescription lenses. I sent two pair of glasses to the Soho location and Marshall was awesome and helpful. He helped me decide on the right type of lenses and even had great color suggestions. He also noticed I had to repair one arm of one of the frames and he asked about them. It turns out they were still under warranty and fell under manufacturing issue. They replaced the frames and put in the new lenses I requested.

My family and I went on vacation to New York for the holidays. As usual i forgot my lens cleaning cloth for my glasses. So we were shopping in SOHO and ran into Cutler and Gross. The staff cleaned my glasses and gave me a great cloth. I was so impressed with their smiles and professionalism. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me.

Josh and Imran went above and beyond to get a custom pair of sunglasses just right. They were patient listeners and thought partners and gave us the best experience despite us changing our minds several times. We are eternally grateful!!
