We made an appt for a single process only for the stylist to be 15 months late then cancel our appt since they didn’t book enough time for the color. Been coming here for 15 years so super disappointing.

The salon is super clean and everyone I interacted with was warm and welcoming. Came in to correct a bad dye job and Arden did SUCH a good job fixing it!! Will absolutely be back soon. 10/10
