Absolute miracle worker. I have been going to Cowboy for years and even now go out of my way to him after moving to Brooklyn last year. I work in fashion and tend to be hard on my shoes, and he has performed multiple miracles on heels, boots, suede, leather, canvas and anything else I've put in front of him. He is a wizard at what he does, in his little shop of shoe magic and I appreciate his expertise and honesty. Lowkey been trying to gatekeep this place because his turnaround times have always been so quick, but a girls gotta share the wealth. This is his 3rd time rehabbing these Valentino boots since 2019 and they are like new every time! Thank you cowboy ❤️
My wife and I just arrived in New York City. We stumbled upon this very special store on Mulberry Street in the heartland of Manhattan. I cannot tell you how awesome of a job this gentleman did on my Ferragamo shoes my wife also needed something done and the gentleman told me he would try the best he could and I honestly honestly have to say they are like brand new so I will give this place six stars five for service six for the expertise these gentlemen do!!!
I had a pair of white Rag & Bone boots that I honestly thought had reached the end of their life - sole peeling, heel destroyed, paint peeling. I decided to do a test run here and see if they were saveable, and they came back essentially brand new. Sole replaced, heel re-enforced and the paint job totally redone. Only took a week too. I can't remember how much it cost (I believe around $60?) and was worth every penny - literally revived a $400 shoe that looked like trash. Take all my shoes here now, they know what they're doing!
