walked in 40 min before close and he fixed the zipper on my coach bag for $8, even though he was very busy he was kind. I had gotten it repaired elsewhere previously and it broke again, Erik added a leather zipper stopper without me needing yo ask to the end so it wouldn’t break. VERY GOOD WORK! I got some groceries came back and the bag was ready to be picked up :)
