I normally go to Rainbow, which is another terrific shoe repair place, but for some reason they were closed on a normally open day. Google sent me to Alex Shoe Repair, which I didn't know about and is 1 block from my home. Alex did a great job on my RM Williams Chelsea boot heels for a good price. Definitely my go-to now since it is so convenient and with convenient hours.
I have been coming here for years and Alex always does a terrific job repairing my shoes. The shop also sells shoes, socks, AND makes keys! A real old school neighborhood gem. He just put new heels on my boots. They look like new!
