I wanted to check out the offerings at this studio and I was not disappointed. Mia led the 6:15am Yoga Sculpt class with hot yoga and calisthenics and I had a great time. Coleen and Carly were also very helpful!
I rarely give bad reviews, unless a business or service does horrible things. Core power won’t give me the senior discount since I found out a day later after my sign up that such discount exists. They also had me on hold for 20 min and the instructor today was screaming. Such butchering of something that is supposed to be calming and zen. I have done yoga for 30 years and these folks need to go learn what yoga is. There are great classes by Marco Rojas , yoga Shack, yoga society and other. I have adjusted this review because core power corrected the error and gave me credit. Hope core power will let new members know what benefits are available to them. Thank you.
Really liked all the classes I took during my free week at CPY, the heated room was an adjustment, but after a week of classes I did see an improvement in my posture, and feel a lot lighter...and stronger!! I took a regular barre class afterwards and it was a walk in the park!.....CorePower will really challenge you and strengthen your core in a short period of time, if you go consistently. Impressed.
