Gil is the best thing that ever happened to this establishment! He is so professional and kind, and he provides so much care and consideration in his service. This shop has improved tremendously since he began running it and we’re so grateful for his attention to detail!

I used Clintonville a few times. The service is hit or miss.

The last time I used the service my clothes were not delivered (had to pick them up myself, which defeats the purpose using a service), the owner argued/yelled when I wanted the situation corrected, and my robe was wet and mildewed when I opened the bag.
