Central Park Cleaners

I went to Central Park cleaners because they advertise that they clean Uggs and I spilled milk on my Ugg slippers. I was surprised by how unfriendly the individual at the front desk was and found it quite off putting - so much so, that I considered saying never mind and leaving. I’m giving 3 stars because at drop off and pick up they weren’t friendly and it took them two full weeks to clean my Ugg slippers which was ridiculously long and highly inconvenient. They did do a nice job though on the slippers. Just not worth the unfriendly customer service and the long wait.

I have used them for wash and fold a number of times. They do a good job and you can get your clothes back same day if you drop them off early enough. I would give it 5 stars but only for the service. If you need someone who's jolly about serving you, this is not your place.

I have been going here for a long time for wash and fold, so I'm obviously a fan. But there was a mishap with one of my shirts one the last time. It was stained when I got it back. I was confident that it hadn't been when it went in my laundry bag, and they were equally confident laundering the shirt wouldn't have resulted in the stains. Nonetheless, rather than argue back and forth about it they said they would try to remove the stains. They did and they all came out. I've gone to other places before and this is definitely good customer service when it comes to wash and fold. Highly recommend.
