Avoid if you are seeking compassionate care for menopause or perimenopause. I had the misfortune of waiting over 8 months for an appointment with Dr. Tracey Fein. Dr. Fein has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've seen. She is a master at gaslighting and attempted to undermine successful treatments I'm receiving from another menopause clinic. I have been receiving care from Midi, but was interested in moving my MHT/HRT care to an in person setting. Dr. Fein is anti MHT/HRT. She told me to lower the dose of estrogen I'm receiving after I informed her that it was helping with my joint pain. Called today. First available appointment April 30. There is no way someone can wait for more than 7 months for the appointment- that is crazy. Btw today is September 23. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve experienced the opposite of empathy and compassion from the office staff here. I’m struggling through an incredibly heavy and difficult diagnosis and each time I interact with the staff here they seem to go out of their way to make me feel sub-human.
