When I called to make an appointment the first available was 6 months out, I wasn't thrilled but I really wanted to speak with someone about my menopause symptoms and assumed a womens clinic would be the right place. I was really excited the day of my appointment but didn't even bother with a follow up. My appointment was with Emily Friedman and she barely looked at me. She asked questions but I didnt feel heard. Then she taps her watch and says we only have 15 min. REALLY that is how you treat patients at a womens clinic when we are coming in for help with womens issues. NOPE not going back

Avoid if you are seeking compassionate care for menopause or perimenopause. I had the misfortune of waiting over 8 months for an appointment with Dr. Tracey Fein. Dr. Fein has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've seen. She is a master at gaslighting and attempted to undermine successful treatments I'm receiving from another menopause clinic. I have been receiving care from Midi, but was interested in moving my MHT/HRT care to an in person setting. Dr. Fein is anti MHT/HRT. She told me to lower the dose of estrogen I'm receiving after I informed her that it was helping with my joint pain. Called today. First available appointment April 30. There is no way someone can wait for more than 7 months for the appointment- that is crazy. Btw today is September 23. Don’t waste your time.
