The quality of service, be it picking up and delivery clothes to be washed and folded, is top notch. Sayal has picked up my clothes several times. He always has a smile and is professional. I have had clothes mended here and have been happy with the results. Care Label bas been part of the Gramercy neighborhood for a very long time as it was originally owned by an Italian family and I used to have fancy buttons put on my suits. Then the business was sold and the new owners have kept up the good work that Care Label is known for. I highly recommend it.
The zipper on my winter coat needed to be replaced. The tailor thoughtfully recommended using a zipper that opened from the bottom as well as the top, so I didn't rip my zipper again. Now when I sit or bike ride in the winter, I can open the zipper from the bottom for more room if need be. Very helpful indeed!
Ok I'm not sure what's changed with these cleaners, but it's not for the best. My clothes have come back smelling foul twice, but that has since stopped. I was about to switch cleaners and if it happens again I will. Different staff suddenly. No explanation when I asked. I'm not sure they open at 7 because when I call at that time the phone goes into an answer machine.
