I love this service. I have been sending my laundry to ByNext and using their wash and fold services for a few months now as it’s in the neighborhood. I have had no issues with the app, and you are able to customize your wash preferences. Jack Woods does a great job coordinating and adding any notes you want to order, along with easy tracking for pickup and delivery. All of the people that have came to grab my laundry have been super kind and friendly which I love.
