Brown Bag Laundry is a helpful and professional business. Customers appreciate the friendly staff who assist when needed. The laundry service is quick, with clothes often ready in less than two hours, especially for those in a hurry. Prices are considered fair, and the quality of the laundry is consistently good. Overall, it is a convenient place for fast and reliable laundry service.
I never write reviews but I've been using this place for over a year now and they are amazing. They will pick up and drop off same-day if you get it in early enough (and they always come up the stairs in my walk up apartment). They are extremely nice and everything always returns perfectly folded and clean. They will even text me if they recommend a different wash type for one of my items :')
Thank you for the great work!!
We love Brown Bag Laundry on Mercer Street! They are honest and trustworthy too! My husband left $200 cash in his jeans and Brown Bag returned the cash with the laundry! We had no idea he had left it in his pocket! This is amazing service! They pick up and deliver. When you get the laundry back, it is folded better than we could ever fold! You can customize your laundry, so we ask them to use free and clear detergent. Totally worth the cost. They are wonderful people. Hard working, honest, kind and the laundry service is impeccable!
I've been using Brown Bag drop-off/pick-up for over a year now with no problems at all! Even when I carelessly throw the laundry in a bag, the laundry always comes back folded and organized well, and you can get it back same day or next day. I've also had them wash some gross bedsheets after my kitten repeatedly had accidents on the bed and they managed to get the stain out. Amazing and friendly service.
