Judi is highly experienced in finding the root causes of pain and guiding the body to realign and heal. She provides holistic services that go from body-mind alignment to spiritual counselling, and a lot more in between. Highly recommended!
If you are pregnant or a new mom you need to call Eileen! I worked with Eileen leading up to having my first baby and she really helped me understand the pelvic floor, how to strengthen it and what it means to push! She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. She has been super supportive and an incredible resource. Ive also worked with Eden since giving birth and she is also a fabulous trainer. Highly recommended!!
I had such a great experience with Eileen & Bodysmart PT. I was referred to her by my physical therapist and it changed everything for me. From day 1 Eileen was very supportive and continued to be through my training program.
