Ashley in FiFi is AMAZING!!!! Great wash, and then I sat in her chair, told her a little bit about how I like my hair to look, and looked down at my laptop to send out some emails. Before I knew it, and in no time at all, I looked up and my thick, coarse hair was smooth and silky and gorgeous. She is a magician.

Service was quick and efficient but VERY strict policy about arriving within 10 minutes of appointment. I arrived 12 minutes late and they could only offer me a dry styling and I paid full price. I understand why these policies have to be in place but I called ahead to give an update on my arrival and the front desk staff was extremely curt and rude with me. Probably will not return based on this experience which I have not had with other blow dry places in the city.

This is an awesome Blo Blow Dry Bar location. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now (15+ times) and I’m never disappointed. I usually have a different stylist every time since I pick my appointment based on time that works best for me, but it really doesn’t matter because all the stylists here know what they’re doing. The other great thing about this place is how efficient they are - I rarely have to wait for my stylist after I arrive and the check out process so extremely easy if you keep your card on file.
