If i could truly give this business a negative 5 star review, i would in a heart beat. I took my maid of honor gown for my sisters wedding to this cleaner back in December with the fear that I myself would ruin the dress if i attempted to Iron it for the big day. We came to pick it up the night before the wedding and hung it up in a safe place once we arrived to jersey. The morning of the wedding, I open the gown and am HORRIFIED to see my dress had been completely ruined. The material of the dress looked like it was scrapped on concrete or something. Dropped off some pants to get hemmed. He didn't get anything right.....they told me to bring them back and they will fix them. I took them back but after I did I resented it and went to get them back as I wanted to cut my losses before he messes them up completely. That's when the tailor didn't wanna give me my pants back he said he wanted to fix them mandatory. I told him it's ok I'll go to where I normally go . I told him he can keep the money and I just wanted to take my pants and leave and he still didn't wanna give me my pants.. after 10 minutes of yelling at him and the owner I was able to get my property back.
