The service is effortless, with pickup and drop-off available. The price is extremely fair for the incredible, incredible cleaning and repair work. They are highly recommended and a company customers will use again and again.
Mert and his son are absolute gems! They restored my 20+-year-old handmade Turkish rug to perfection—the stain is completely gone and now undetectable. The price was fair, the process effortless, and their personal care and communication went above and beyond. Honestly, wonderful people—I highly recommend them!
Amazing work! I can't believe how they restored my rug to virtually new condition. The dad in the team hand-washed my rug and then fixed the borders which were fraying, even though this was a really difficult job. The rug was very special to me even though it was not real silk (as it had been sold to me); after another company screwed it up, these guys did the most incredible job and I thank them sincerely for their work. HIghly recommend this family company!
Absolutely wonderful company. Im in NJ, they picked up and dropped off my rug. The service was beyond spectacular. I bought a rug that was stained, smelled awful and needed cleaning. Couldn’t be happier. Stains removed, smell is clean and the sticky residue gone! I cannot recommend this company enough. I understand they have two locations, one in Queens and the other in Manhattan, THEY ARE EXCELLENT!!! The price was extremely fair for the type of cleaning they did.
