ARSEN is a genius! My hair was very damaged from chemicals, and as a result it was completely unmanageable, at least for me! ARSEN, a gifted stylist and artist, knew just how to cut off the damaged ends and yet still create a dazzling style…perfectly suited to my face and personality…. No easy feat, given what he had to cut off. It’s a fabulous cut, easy for me to replicate without a million “tools,” and is practically wash-and-go. I love it.
