Super confused as this address matches a place with an Aphrodite Cleaners sign out front. Called in about the wash and fold option and was quoted a certain price. The next morning we walked down Front St and walked into the store front with the Aphrodite Cleaners sign out front and asked if they were Finest Cleaners and they said yes. Dropped off a bag of clothes and was charged a different price than what was on the phone. There's apparently a minimum weight they charge by, that's fine but would have brought more clothes if I had known there was a minimum to drop off.Dropped by the next morning to see when I could pick up and was told they haven't started and could drop off at my hotel which is a nice touch.When I returned later that night, checked with the hotel lobby and sure enough clothes was returned.Unfortunately clothes came back wet and some socks were missing. Called about the missing clothes and they said they didn't see anything. Really careless place, wouldn't come back and wish I looked this place up first

We have stuck by this cleaner through all its owners--primarily out of convenience, as it's the only one in the Seaport. It has always been bad. Very bad. Unreliable, dishonest, erratically priced. Our last experience was the proverbial straw that broke the customer's back. I was repeatedly lied to as an item failed to appear from its cleaning for over two months. There is no communication between the people in the store and the facility where cleaning is done. They do not pick up the phone or call back. They hire innocent 20-yr-olds to sit in the store who then have to handle all of the customer complaints and tirades. They have no idea what to do or say, and this review...read full review

I keep trying to like them, they keep messing things up.If the young lady could pay as much attention to details and customers as she does to her til Tom, maybe things would run smoother …Been trying, trying to use them over 10 years and each time I ask myself why did I do that…
