Mr. Rafaels Cleaners & Tailors is a business that specializes in dry cleaning, restoration, and tailoring of garments. They have been known for their meticulous inspection of every piece, including leather and fur garments, which are cleaned in old-fashioned wooden drums and finished to perfection. Customers have had positive experiences with their services, such as timely delivery of tailored men's suits and wash and pressing of shirts.
Despite recent concerns about the quality of their work, particularly with the dry cleaning of a white and silver striped dress, some customers still recommend Mr. Rafaels Cleaners & Tailors for their reliable and convenient services, especially in a neighborhood with limited options for dry cleaning and tailoring. Customers have praised the business for their great service, good quality work, both in cleaning and alterations, as well as their outstanding consumer service and ability to handle a variety of clothing items.
I have used them for the past three years and they have great service and do good quality work, both cleaning and alterations. I brought sweaters in once for cleaning and they de-pilled (if that is the right phrase for when cashmere balls up) one of them that needed it for no charge. They are always very friendly to me and I would recommend them without qualification.
Excellent service and attention I have been bringing my clothes to this dry cleaner for years and they always come out perfect Punctual careful and with fair prices Highly recommended
This place is a hidden gem. I always get my clothing done here. They have outstanding consumer service and are able to handle every job from my delicate clothing to my winter jackets. Thank you so much!!
