I’ve walked past this place for years going to work. Finally had my favorite pair of discontinued J&M boots heel fall off. Expert service, my boots were ready same day. Expert craftsmanship, replaced heels and soles for $50 with polishing. They look new! If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend!
Amazing job! I had a shoe emergency in the middle of a wedding and Luis came to my rescue. I called the shop in a panic and he told me he'd be awaiting my arrival. I walked right into the shop and with no time wasted he got to work on my heels. In less then 15mins my shoes were fixed and looking brand new. He even cleaned them and added a protective waterproof spray. I really appreciate his professionalism and the quickness of the repair. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of shoe repairs. Thank you for saving the day!
Hidden Gem in Manhattan. Old school flair with professionalism. I plan to go to hopefully a few events as it gets colder. I need my shoes to look top shape. I always pass this store but one particular day, last week I decided to take a chance. First of all greeted warmly. I got a very nice price to fix my beat up mini boots. He told me an ETA as well. I came back the following day and my shoes look like they have second life now! I plan to come there next with my heels. I am so please quality and affordable.
