Outstanding service. I had a tennis bag with a broken zipper that needs to be replaced. Richard offered me a very reasonable price and to even pick-up and drop off the bag with a quick turn around time. I could not be happier. Thank you again!

Absolutely the best service I've ever received from any business, let alone a shoe cobbler! I needed non-slip soles added to my heels and he picked up my shoes, added rubber soles (even recommending the less expensive option for rubber soles) and then dropped my shoes off in perfect condition-- all within 48 hours! I highly recommend! Great communication and fast, quality service
