Not just a shoe repair shop - They are truly Artisans...they are amazing!!!! They completely restored a pair of shoes that my puppy had decided was a chew toy......they look like new...I can't believe how talented they are ! Their Customer Service is the BEST

No one better in the shoe business! Hugo and his team are amazing. I have brought them very complicated shoe projects and the jobs are always executed to perfection. I simply do not understand the allure of the famous Leather Spa or Jim's. Both places ruined expensive shoes of mine. I only go to Hugo/Eddie's at Rockefeller Center. #20years. #supportsmallbusiness.

I’ve been coming to this shop to shine my shoes ever since my office relocated. For low as $10 (depending on the type of dress shoes), you can get a magnificent shine that is closely similar to a mirror shine due to the time and dedication the employees give you. Not only the service, they have great selections of music (e.g Luciano Pavarotti and Dean Martin) while you sit on the high chair. The only cons that one May face is the shine time, however great services are never quick, it’s to be embraced. Will be coming back more frequently for months to come!
