I started going to Aimee regularly during my pregnancy. Everything worked and felt better the weeks I saw her and worse the weeks I couldn’t make it. I also had a (relatively) easy labor, which I’m certain is related to my treatments. I’ve continued seeing Aimee to manage anxiety and just generally feel my best. She’s intuitive and caring, and her space is beautiful and calming. I joke that I time travel during our sessions because it’s the only way I can explain how it feels. It’s like hours and hours of meditation condensed into 45 minutes. If you’re considering acupuncture: DO IT. And do it with Aimee.
I have been seeing Aimée for almost a year and I always leave renewed, refreshed, and more open. The space is absolutely gorgeous and serene you really feel like you are in a spa environment. Aimée is incredibly talented in her practice. She is effective but gentle and always has positive words and knowledge to share. She has helped me through some hard times relating to fertility, pregnancy, back pain, neck pain, and stress/sleep.
Align’s space is serene and calming, just like Aimée. I love the Gua Sha treatments and the cupping - I always leave feeling renewed. Extremely healing hands and energy - worth the trip out of your neighborhood. 5 stars!!!
