I've been using the jade gua sha for a while now and the results speak for themselves, improved contour, reduced puffiness, and a genuine glow I get compliments on regularly. The stone quality is beautiful and it's become a staple in my daily routine.

What really sets NOY apart though is the customer service. I had a small issue with an order and the team went completely above and beyond to make it right, with such warmth and care that I was genuinely touched!!! It's rare to find a brand that backs their products AND their customers the way NOY does!!!

Long overdue review, I had a great experience when visited! Beautiful, relaxing athmosphere, and my esthetician and facial was amazing, had a Laser genesis, but it was much more than just laser. And the bed is so comfy!
