Steve replaced the fake leather straps on my nice work tote with genuine leather straps. The connection point of it on the interior of the bag was a big complex and required cutting into the liner. The bag looks amazing and the inside looks great, can't tell the straps aren't original to the bag! Happy to have sturdy straps that won't peel apart now :)
the people working there were super nice and accommodating. i was able to get my shoes back within a few hours at an extremely reasonable price. highly recommend - i’ll definitely be back!
He repaired my vintage Miu Miu bag, gave it a new clasp and lining and even customized the strap location to my liking. 10/10. They really do the impossible here. I would travel from PA to this shoe repair in the future.
