The boutique itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the level of service. Krysi and Victoria are gracious, welcoming, and exceptionally thoughtful in every interaction. My experience with H&L Gross Jewelers was a wonderful and rewarding one, I was immediately greeted by two ladies at the service counter. Krysi proceeded to ask me if I needed any help. I replied yes, I would like to trade in my 8 year old Breitling for a new Tudor. She didn't hesitate, took my watch to be inspected. She returned with a great price and I was able to obtain my new Tudor Black Bay Pro, this was a very smooth transaction they even sized it for me, great job.
