12 Pell delivers consistently good haircuts and reliably takes you in on time given you have an appointment. The barbers are all very friendly and offer a wide range of services. I personally go to Franky every time, and have been doing so for about 6 months now.

Went to 12 Pell for the first time during my holiday, had a wonderful experience. I was late for an appointment in the evening some days before, but the staff were great and tried their best to find an available barber.I was able to reschedule my appointment for a few days after in the morning, this time with Thinley. I saw his experience with scissor cuts & long hair and was set on getting a scissor cut by him.We went through some ideas I had and he quickly came up with a style that would fit me and my preferences. I've been following 12 Pell since the pandemic and finally decided to give it a try a few months ago, and since then I haven't looked back. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I always learn something new about my hair every time I visit. Huge shoutout to my barber Franky, every cut with him is immaculate and he always provides great tips for taking care of my hair. I learned more about styling my hair from Franky than any other barber in my entire life. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
