To whom it may concern,Oh, where to start? Ive been visiting this place of business since the early 2000s (i believe) - I've always had a rather pleasent experience. Most recently however, it might be safe to say that i have fallen victim to their most productive, effective and genuinely kind staff member, Lauren. She somehow managed to exceed all expectactions for a place i already held dearly in my heart.I recommend this place to anyone in need of a new pair of spectacles. I had a complicate sunglass purchase which Jessica Rodriguez was amazingly patient and advised me. Her customer support was excellent and incredibly helpful. It makes a difference when retailers have true interest and concern for customers. I also witnessed others getting attention with genuine care while in the store.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars !! Jessica was so amazing to help me take care of a few issues , I mean she went above and behind to make sure that my husband and I were happy and taking care of !! Thank U so very much Jessica !!
