“all metro cares about the money not your loved one. This is unbelievable, my family can't catch a break something always goes wrong with my grandmother due to lack of attention and care from staff. They aren't listening to my family about the terrible care my grandmother gets. They can improve by hiring people who work correctly and not sleep on their overnight shifts. They should listen to families when there is an issue . They should stop taking in clients because they are so under staffed. the list goes on seriously. my grandmother was injured and they are doing nothing about it and their staff was asleep on the job.!!!!!“

“The coordinator that has been assigned to me 8 years ago help my kid to get the right services that he need it at that time. Now, he is 10 he is verbal and has improved socially. I can’t thank them enough to guide us in the right direction. There is couple things I would suggest one as soon as the diagnosis is done ask about the program for horizon or nest program for kids that are very smart and have a diagnosis. There is a waiting list to enter the program.“
