Mr. Felix and his assistant came to our house yesterday to fix some water circulation problem in our heating system. The job was done very well - clean, precise, and professional. We appreciate not only his good job, but also his communication to us. He explained how the new parts fix the problem so that we have a full confidence and a peace of mind. Thank you.
My CAC compressor (motor and fan) broke. I called numerous companies and only SUNRAY was able come the SAME DAY. I needed to replace the compressor and even though it was a holiday week (July 4th), Craig and Melissa were able to order a new compressor and sent Omar and Julian to install it only 2 days after it was ordered. Omar and Julian did any amazing job. They arrived at 8AM and finished the job so that I could stay home and go to work later. When I got home from work at 6PM, I came into a cool house after no AC in this heat for 3 days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUNRAY SERVICES for any HVAC needs!
Had an excellent experience with Sunray Services from our initial meeting to the installation of a new outdoor A/C unit. The process was straightforward - they confirmed that our A/C unit needed replacement after 22 years and explained the different options available and associated costs. The install was scheduled for a few days later. The team arrived promptly, removed our existing unit and and air handler and did a great job with the installation of the new unit. We were waked through operation of the new thermostat and then they were on their way with no trace that they had been in our home.
