Kori and Tom were a pleasure to deal, great communication and took great care of my boy. Kori gave me a great overview of what she was going to do with his first puppy grooming and then what to expect for next grooming as he gets older. She provided some tips and advice and what and what not to do. Kori and Tom have great energy and with one visit they have earned a client for life! My puppy actually didn't want to leave!“

“We thought our Labrador Retriever swallowed an engagement ring. She has a habit of eating things she shouldn’t and East End is always there for us. They were calm and professional (and calmed us down, too.) We found the ring later after the vet assured us it wasn’t inside our dog. The cat had swatted it off the sink counter and it was hidden inside a bag! We appreciate everyone at East End.“

I met a lady at a dog park and she recommended K&A. Brought my two cavachons Luke and Leia. They were pretty matted and left smelling and looking phenomenal. I didn’t want the eye lashes and ear hair cut. They actually listened. I wanted the length still long which is difficult with matted hair. The length was left long but no matts. It was magical. My husband who is very picky and cynical was thrilled. He mentioned to me that he was so happy we finally found The Perfect groomer. And he’s beyond picky.
I was also texted during the grooming giving me updates. A previous groomer was mad at Leia for being so verbal. Andrea the groomer at K&A thought Leia was wonderful and scrumptious. She and her husband were so positive and compassionate. In my quest to find a perfect groomer I was always dissatisfied and disappointed. Until K&A. The dogs look so good. I really cannot gush enough. It’s a very emotional thing to bring your dogs to the groomer. But after meeting Andrea and her husband I felt so comfortable and secure. Lovely warm people.
I cannot recommend K&A enough. It is a wonderful spa. Highly highly recommended!!!!!“

“We are brand new to this area and researched a few groomers and came across Puppy Kutz. Our dog looks incredible! He was the most calm I've ever seen upon pick up from a groomer. Our guy is definitely a bit of a nervous dog with new places, and this was by far the best we've had throughout his lifetime. Very well-kept and clean facility. He came out great- brushed nicely out and very clean! Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. It is not easy finding a groomer who wants to or can work with larger dogs (he's not giant, but he is 75 pounds), or with seniors (he is 11). They did a fantastic job on him. We will definitely be using PK from now on!“

“Tyson’s Corner is fantastic. We’ve been taking our golden retriever, Potato, there since we moved to town a little over a year ago and he’s never looked better. The people there are incredible too. We took Potato for a grooming appointment last week before our wedding and the owner personally took care of him to make sure he was ready to walk down the aisle with us. “This was the first time that I took my 17-year-old shih Tzu poodle Missy for a grooming to this establishment. My regular groomer was closed for renovations so I had no choice but to take her to a new location. How happy I am at the results!
