We hardly go on vacations because of our dog, we love her so much and hate to leave her. I had a horrible experience once through a private dog sitter, we had to go away for 5 days for a wedding. Our dog was so depressed and I felt like the woman didn’t really care for her. So we decided to try this place for our week vacation, which I was a nervous wreck. Our dog is good girl but she’s extremely loyal to just her family and someone is always home with her. I couldn’t see inside the place or even knew how much experience the employees had. I was shocked! I called once during vacation, they said she was doing great and having fun. They also told me if she would get depressed during the stay, they would have someone with her. All I know after that phone call that she was doing good, I felt at ease during the rest of my vacation. When we picked her up, she was of course happy to see us, but seems like she didn’t want to leave either and her coat was so clean and shiny. They give a bath on the third day, well they must have brushed her and groomed her because she looked beautiful when we picked her up. They really took great care of our little girl and I would definitely use them again! I will never use a private baby sitter again and trust the Barkgata 100%! Thank you to all the employees because I know they are so busy and make sure all dogs are cared for!
my pups marge and winston (bostons) had the best week here. Bianca and Olivia were very accommodating and informative on the boarding process. my sweet marge developed a hot spot while we were away and Bianca took care of it. Definitely will be boarding my babies there next vacation.
We absolutely Love them!!! Bianca, Olivia and the entire team are amazing! My puppy loves going to daycare at Barkgata! They are always super profesional, accommodating and simply the best!
