“My twin sister and I are repeat customers. We got new glasses from Don three years ago, which we LOVED. Of course, when we started thinking it was time to get new glasses again, we immediately thought about Don and Levato Eyewear. We might have left getting new glasses a liiiiiiiiiiittle too long (look, it happens), but Don was able to set us up very quickly with new prescriptions and frames.The frame search was a doozy, too--do you know how hard it is to find good frames when you're picky? Let me tell you; it's DIFFICULT. Luckily for us, Don had a bunch of options that he thoughtfully picked out. He knew some of the styles we were looking for, the brands we liked, and our price range. He never pushed us into any decision, too. That's one of the reasons we like going to Levato. They're understanding and give you the time and space you need to figure out which frames are for you. I've been to other places that really try to rush you. I hate that. I mean, we're buying glasses! They're going to be on our faces every day! Everyone at Levato understands this without needing to be reminded.Don also does his best to provide a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for his customers. Everyone who works there is equally on board with treating the customers right. For me, that means being kind, but also joking around! My sister and I have a much better time with people who can laugh along with us as we're debating just how our faces look weirdly different in each pair of frames. Anyone who's been glasses shopping before knows what I'm talking about.Overall, Levato Eyewear gives amazing service every time I visit. I was surprised at the amount of time the staff and the doctor spent with me and my family member. Dr. Liva is very friendly and down to earth which seems to set the standard for the office.
