I reached out to Dr. Johnson for help as I was unhappy with how my clothes felt, and to be honest, didn't like the guy looking back in the mirror. He walked me through the whole program and encouraged me to start in the new year. I am now in Phase 4 and couldn't be happier with the progress. The program was really easy as long as you have self discipline and are motivated to change who you are. I'm delighted with the results but know there is a long way to go to make this a permanent state. I lost 27lbs in Phase 2 and I am now maintaining the weight loss as my fitness improves. Big thanks to all in the office for the encouragement and support throughout.
